Kayla’s Story

Hear from Kayla, a wife and a mother of seven, who recently purchased a home in a Heartstone Community.

Our Mission

At Heartstone Communities, our unwavering commitment is to redefine the landscape of home ownership in America. Our vision is to empower families nationwide through strategic acquisition and thoughtful development of manufactured housing communities, ensuring that home ownership becomes a reality for all.

Home ownership, within reach.

According to US census data in 2023, the median income for Americans is $44,225 annually. This statistic, compounded by the escalating home prices across America, has given rise to an alarming affordability gap. Recognizing this pressing issue, Heartstone Communities is dedicated to bridging this gap by strategically utilizing manufactured housing and land lease-style communities.

Developments with meaning.

Our projects are dedicated to enhancing the lives of our community members. As manufactured home developers, our commitment is to provide custom quality homes at wholesale prices to the families who need it most. Simply put, we sell our homes for exactly what it cost us, and not a penny more.

No family left behind.

Our mission is to make home ownership achievable for the growing number of families who find themselves increasingly excluded from the housing market. By embracing innovative approaches and reimagining community living, Heartstone Communities aims to empower individuals and families to secure affordable and sustainable housing solutions. Together, let's build a foundation where everyone has the opportunity to call a place their own.
